How accurate is Senator Kyl's statement about 90% of Planned Parenthood's services being abortion-related?

but wait, it gets better. after using a specific figure rather than just "much" or "most" he actual tried to weasel out of his lie by having his office issue this statement:

'his remark was not intended to be a factual statement, but rather to illustrate that Planned Parenthood, a organization that receives millions of dollars in taxpayer funding, does subsidize abortions.'

so evidently he feels he can float any outrageous BS out there and backpedal if called on it, the slime.

Clearly this isn’t true, however, if Senator Kyl misspoke and meant to say that about 90% of all revenue Planned Parenthood receives based on the products and services they charge for, then he would be accurate. But I don’t think that is what he meant.
