Swollen Lymph Node but not Sick?

I have a swollen lymph node in the area between my neck and head. However, I am not sick. It isn't painful or anything, I've just noticed that it's been like this for months now and am wondering what it could mean? The gland on the other side of my neck/head is not swollen. Thanks!

I'm no doctor, but I'm pretty sure you should go to the doctor about it! It could be nothing, but since only one of the glands is swollen it could be a sign that your lymphatic system or something isn't working right. It's better to be safe, so I'd see a doctor about it. It wouldn't hurt! Good luck! :)
