Yes they could adjust to it in one race. The cars on the other hand would have to be built from scratch with turning right in mind. After fabricating the car to turn right it would be business as usual. Now the tracks, the banking and turn radius are designed to turn left reverse that direction and it maybe a totally new racetrack that may not flow right. which may possibly make it just a bit squirly to drive on. I have seen a dirt track race in which they did that for fun after the last race of the season there was quite a bit of carnage ..lol..

Well, it would be fun to watch. But it would screw the strategy and planning all to hell. Pit stops, air pressure, chassis adjustments, and tire changing would all be different.

Someone would get killed if they slammed into the wall. I don't think that would be too bright of an idea, although i'm sure all the trolls and video gamers are getting aroused by this idea.

They have road races and I think they turn both ways. It would depend on how good they are at road courses,I think.

it would be a nightmare, because it wouldn't just be the drivers who would have to get used to it. imagine the crew cheifs trying to set the cars up with the banking the way it is. chaos.
