Is Dr. House going to have to kill 13 by the end of the season?
After watching last nights all new episode of the Fox drama, I'm wondering what this means for 13's continuing on the program if they come back next season.
Actually she was filming a bunch of movies during the season break and toward the beginning of the season. Also, she and her husband recently got a divorce

I would give it a season, maybe two. They would have brought her in a few episodes ago if they wanted to kill her off this season in order to effectively create her downfall and the emotions she would go through.

No. 13 is still high functioning and fully capable of being a doctor. I highly doubt her Huntington's disease will progress to late stage (giving House reason to euthanize her) within a few episodes. Plus Olivia Wilde only this season started receiving star billing on the show, so they probably won't kill her off any time soon. Eventually maybe, but I expect 13 to be around for quite a while.

I don't see why it would be at the end of this season. Do you know something I don't? She's not even acting sick yet. But I guess it will happen a couple years from now, or whenever they decide it will be good for the series for 13 to get sick enough for House to do it. I assume she only left the show for that time because she got pregnant in real life or something.
