This is about Section 8 vouchers for Charlotte, North Carolina?
me and my friend were arguing about section 8. she just got approved for a voucher to get section 8 in Charlotte, NC because of her disability. the limit she has is 738 or 758, i cant remember. She says she can get any # of bedrooms as long as the amount of rental before her shared cost is less than 738-758$ Is this correct? i always thought a a single person was only able to get one bedroom. Please clarify this for me! I think I am correct and that she is wrong, but then again, I am just going on a belief LOL!

She is only approved for a 1 bedroom, they will not allow her to take an available unit that is larger, then the family needing more room would not have it.
