một công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực vận chuyển khách và hàng hóa, có nhiều hóa đơn nên sự dụng hình thức nhật ký chung hay chứng từ ghi sổ ?

Theo mình nếu có nhiều hóa đơn chứng từ thì dùng hình thức chứng từ ghi sổ sẽ thuận tiện hơn. Thường những cty kinh doanh dịch vụ hay dùng hình thức này vì dễ theo dõi hơn.
