Can anyone explain me how other user got her 26% Best answer while she got only?
651 total points and level 2 while other user her total points 7,800 level 5 how come she just got 5% best answers how did it happened please explain me thanks.

People vote for the answer they like most. You can vote for your own answer if you like.
You get : ---
2 points for answering a question,
1 point for voting for an answer
10 points if your answer is voted as the best answer (ie your answer gets more votes than any other answer)
So the one with 26% has about 1 in 4 answers voted as "best answer"
5% is only 1 in 20.
That makes a huge difference.
