Regarding the Nylabone Galileo?
I picked up a wolf size Galileo for my 50lb power chewer. The guidelines that come with the bone indicate that the wolf size should be good for dogs up to 35lbs. Do I need to worry about her cracking teeth on too small of a Nylabone, or is it simply an issue of wear on the toy? I gave her the toy before reading the guidelines, so I cannot return it, and I am therefore inclined to allow her to play with it until it is worn to an unusable state. Please advise.

My 45lb Staffy has one of those Galileo toys, and I also thought it was a bit small. I was worried he would swallow it and choke, so I put it away.
I then bought a Nylabone Knot

and a Nylabone Beef Bone

and he loves gnawing on them.
They've both lasted over a year so far, with plenty of life left in them.

it should be fine but if she starts braking off little piece's or you notice chunks missing, then take it away cause she could swallow and choke on them.
