The Oakland A's are threatening to leave, because Oakland won't build them a new stadium. In fact, they're THIS CLOSE to moving to Fremont or San Jose. Just, as soon as THAT city will build them a stadium, and the Giants give the OK.
The other possible team to move are the Tampa Bay Rays. Neither Tampa nor St. Petersburg will build them a new stadium, and they don't want to stay in the Trop. Of course, they have are contractually obligated to play there for the next 20 years or so, and there hasn't been any rumblings from the organization threatening to move- it's just that most people think they will.

Tampa Bay and Oakland have been two teams that have been complaining to leave because of lack of new stadium and lack of fan support. Oakland in specific has been very vocal about leaving oakland to possibly San Jose or to somewhere else.
The Dodgers are ranked behind the Yankees and the Red Sox in terms of team value and they are always in the top three teams in terms of attendance. Whoever buys the Dodgers would be stupid to move them somewhere else. The reason the Dodgers owners got into financial problems was because they bought the team off of loans in the first place and because of the on going divorce of the McCourts.

Tampa Bay has issues with attendance and stadium.
Doubt if the Dodgers are moving anywhere regardless of their issueS - ownership and parking lot security.
