Try doing an internet search with his full name and location, if you put Dr. before the name it helps too. There are some free websites out there now where people rate doctors and his name may come up. I used them to check doctors, sometimes nobody rated them yet, but most of the time you can find some info, ratings and even reviews. These are a couple of sites I used in the past but there are more if you do the search you´ll see.
