I am taking this girl bowling today. i am very nervous, that is why i can not sleep. i would just like any adive people have to offer.

Relax, have fun and don't worry about where it may lead. Be yourself, be punctual and be a gentleman always. The first date is the hardest, but it does get easier over time. If you have a good time, tell her, but don't play games (except for bowling, of course). I took a girl bowling once and had a great time. And it's okay to lose, if she really is better at bowling than you. Concentrate on showing her a good time, whether you are having fun or not. If things don't work out, you don't have to ask her out again.
