Scenario, I give an underage person a ride home who is drunk, I get pulled over, can I get in trouble?
Let's pretend a friend of mine is 18 years old (Same age as me) and he is at a party. He calls me and asks for a ride home because he is drunk. I am not at the party and am minding my own business and have nothing better to do, so I be a good friend and go pick him up. Its just us two and he doesn't bring any beer or marijuana or any illegal drugs with him
While driving home, I get pulled over for whatever reason; broken tail light, speeding, just something that isn't serious. However, the cop who pulls me over can smell my friends breath and suspects him of drinking. Say he breathalyzes my friend and finds him to be underage.
Does anything happen to me, the driver, who had done nothing?

You are just a good Samaritan giving him a ride home. You weren't even around when he got drunk. You are in the clear.
Now here's what really happens: the cop pulls you over for running a red light, and smells liquor. He thinks you are drunk and makes you get out and walk a straight line and touch your nose with your finger. Meanwhile your drunk friend is watching this and laughing, trying to decide how long to let this go on before telling the cop that he is the one who is drunk, and you are quite sober.
I know this because I was the friend! But I was over 21.
Nobody got in any trouble, not even the nice guy who ran a red light while driving me home.

It depends, technically no you should not get in trouble. I would make it very clear you did not drink nor go to the party that night. There is nothing illegal about driving a friend home and its not your responsibility to keep him sober. Though I could imagine an officer trying to get you in trouble too, though if that did happen and you challenged it justice would prevail.

In most cases nothing will happen to you; however, your friend may get into trouble, and may be asked to preform a breathalyzer test. The officer may arrest him in handcuffs, and in most cases he may have to call his folks or another friend to bail him out. But if that was me, I wouldn't feel comfortable taking that person home, because I am afraid what is going to happen to my friend. I might have to call his parents if he did get arrested for underage drinking.

If you explained truthfully to the officer, what you just explained in your post; You would have no problem whatsoever.
Police like to see friends take the responsibility that you took in this instance.
However, if you had alcohol in the car, whether yours or not, then that could be a different story.
Otherwise, NO!

No, nothing happens to you. Your friend, however, will probably be in trouble for underage drinking.

no because your not 21. You might get in trouble if you were 21, but to be honest if you weren't drinking and explained yourself he would probably just get a underage drinking fine and you'd be on your way.

I dont think you will but if you knew and you were older you might
cops are usually lazy so they dont bother
I do not know your country so i dont know the age limits

Technically, you probably can. But, I can't IMAGINE any cop that would hold you responsible if you explained to him that you're......being responsible.
