Interpret my dream? underwater?

I have reoccurring dream for years of me being underwater in fresh and saltwater. I felt instant anxiety and fear. I have trouble breathing always during dream. Its kinda dark, can sense movement but can't see shapes. Like huge fish are swirling around me. I'm walking on the floor or bottom.

I fish all the time but usually in small bodies of water except lake Erie a handful of times a year. I was on swim team so I'm confident n the water and not scared if I fell in. I live in landlocked Ohio. I'm also 6'5 and 270lbs so I rarely feel threatened if that matters.
