cant get to dialing mode on my cell phone on GTA4 on PS3?
the cheat codes say push up twice on the up button to get the dial pad but i do it and nothing happens,any suggestions

Make sure ur using the dpad not joystick

you have to complete the first mission and get your friends cell phone. after that you can dial.
