where to file compaint about Resumecorner writers?

I requested a resume writing service from ResumeCorner and was told that it will take 8 or 9 Business days.well, guess what ? after a month i haven't got anything and i paid $179 !!!! i even had to take my old CV for an important interview and after a month the writer gave me some lame excuse. no apology or no proper explanation.my guess is they were busy with other rush orders that they just ignored mine. i had to ask for a refund.i will see if it will take them another month to refund.Now i really want to file a complaint where do i do that??? i am really really sad and mad !!

Sorry to say this, but you really got ripped off paying $179 to have a resume written.

I assume this was an internet based service, so a refund will probably be slow to completion.

The only place you can complain is the Better Business Bureau, or a state agency based in the state where that service is located.

You would be much better off finding a resume service or advisor in your local community so that you can work face to face with the preparer. Time would also be reduced significantly.

Stated in his sentence, contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.

Also, contact ResumeCorner regarding your resume and any information like a tracking number or a receipt as well.

In the meanwhile, use some free templates on line to help you with your resume.

I had mine done by them and they were really very good. Had no service issues whatsoever and the document was simply awesome. My recruiter asked me for their number because he was very impressed with them.
