How do you disable a iPod Touch on iTunes?

My iPod was disabled because of to many password trys. I tried to disable my iPod on iTunes but it says you need to enter a password on your iPod. I can't put in the pin because the iPod says its disabled and need it enabled to put it in. Im really confused what do I do?

    It should say for how long it is disabled before you can put in your password. Do you know your password? If u forgot it you may need to reset your iPod

    Put the right pin in. if it doesn't work you're screwed.
