igot a webcam that goes with my ps3 & it has a USB port with it. so ihooked it up to my computer so icould skype. but it wouldn't let me & idk why? what should ido ?

I need to reset my iPod Touch because it's disabled. But it says you need to enter a password on your iPod. I can't put in the pin because the iPod says its disabled and need it enabled to put the pin in. I'm really confused what do I do? I need to enable it ASAP please help . My iPod was disabled because of to many password trys. I tried to disable my iPod on iTunes but it says you need to enter a password on your iPod.
