Well changing what I first said about my iTouch?
My iPod was disabled because of to many password trys. I tried to disable my iPod on iTunes but it says you need to enter a password on your iPod. I can't put in the pin because the iPod says its disabled and need it enabled to put it in. Im really confused what do I do? If I have to reset my iPod how do I reset it?

the method the guy above posted doesnt work for your problem. they mustn't have read the question thoroughly. Thats only for if your ipod crashes or it wont turn on. your problem is that the safety feature has been activated so you'll have to restore it.
restore it by pressing the restore button on the page where it shows the big pic of your ipod when its plugged into itunes. the two buttons you should see will be updates and restore and choose restore and follow the steps.

1. Hold down the Home button (that’s the big button in the lower front) and the Sleep / Wake button (that’s the little button on the top right) down.
2. Keep holding until you see the screen go black and then the Apple logo appear.
3. Release.
