Foreign Nationals voting in UK domestic elections?

The UK allows Commonwealth citizens and citizens of the Irish Republic to vote in UK domestic elections. Are there any other countries with this or a similar arrangement?

British citizens can vote in the Republic of Ireland on everything other than referenda or for the presidency.

The UK does not allow citizens of Commonwealth countries or those in the Irish Republic to vote in UK elections unless they conform to certain criteria; To qualify, Commonwealth citizens must be resident in the UK and either have leave to remain in the UK or do not require such leave.

About 30% of the world’s people live in the Commonwealth. That’s over 2 billion people, there are around 62 million people in the UK and at the last election 29,691,380 people voted.

The citizens of Northern Ireland can vote in the UK election because this country is a part of the UK, those who live in the Republic can not, I know this because I recently lived there for several years.
