The error, LaunchEmptyResponse, occurred when trying to connect to Yahoo! Mail.?
This is the error I get every time im trying to connect to yahoo mail... WTF does it mean, and how can I fix it?!?!
I need my yahoo mail, I have important info that I need, contact information for modeling gigs, and responses from potential people wanting me for jobs... This is a PRIORITY!

The number of people asking this today suggests that a server is down somewhere. There is nothing on the suggestion board as yet. Just try again later seems to be the only choice.

If people can't send you email then you have a bigger problem than not being able to get in yourself. I had this problem for over a month and the only help I could get from Yahoo was that they were working on it - which they were very happy to keep telling me, over and over again. They didn't seem interested in fixing it, only telling me to be patient. I couldn't wait forever so I switched to gmail. I really hated to lose my email address and all my stored email.

What's really strange is I get the same error on my desktop and laptop computers; yet on my cell phone, I can view my Yahoo email account!

Looks like a temporary problem. It is down for me to at the moment too. Will probably back up soon (i hope)
