How do I ask her to Prom?

Backstory: There is a Swiss foreign exchange student at my school who I want to go to prom with. I've asked her out before --> She says she likes me but her host parents won't let her go on dates.
We talk, but not on the actual conversational level. Just 'hello' in the hall and I compliment her on her running(she runs track).

My question: How do I ask her to prom? I feel like it might be weird asking her when we haven't spent any time hanging out. I don't want to seem like a creep or something!

Try talking to her in school.

Also, try your best to see her sometime outside of school while she is with her host parents.In the few minutes you chat with her try to look like a good guy in front of the host parents. She might say yes and her host parents might want you two to go together if they knew you a little better

Meet her host parents and see if they will like you to take her to the prom and if they say its ok for you to take her ask her and she if she would like to go

I would start talking to her and make sure you meet her host parents first!! Then, once you meet them, talk to her and tell her that you want her to experience everything your school has to offer and it would make you extremely happy for her to go to prom with you!

well my suggestion is talk to her during school:) cause it would be random if a guy that i say hi to asks me to prom but what you could do is on your school wall write (here name), PROM?!- (your name)
