I purchased a song on iTunes store from my iPod?

So I purchased a song from iTunes store on my iPod touch 4Gen a few days ago. I turned on my computer, opened iTunes and had my iTunes and iPod touch updated. Usually when I buy songs from iPod they are automatically transferred to my iTunes library on the computer.

I looked to check and it's not there. I turned my iPod off and on. Connect and disconnect. And sync.

Nothing is working

How do I get the song I purchased on my iPod onto my computer iTunes library?

Update:

Apple will not let you get any songs or videos for free after you have already bought it. You can only get apps for free after buying it

you need to have a twine that got here with your Ipod, and there is the two a plug in the front or the decrease back of your hard drive, try plugging it into there untill it exhibits on your library that your ipod is in the device, then the song you have ought to flow on your ipod
