How do you sync apps from itunes onto jailbroken ipod touch?

i have a jailbroken ipod touch and i have some apps on itunes that arent on my ipod. How do i sync those apps on the my ipod?

    properly I hate to tell you yet once you as much as date to IOS 4 you misplaced the mandatory application referred to as app-sync which patches the apps so which you would be able to sync them the final answer would be forget approximately approximately those products and await a jailbreak.

    The same way you would on an un jailbroken ipod.
