New World Currency- Private Global Energy Reserve?

I'd like to know if there is anyone out there, that has the mental capacity to comprehend my concept. Energy generation comes at a cost, regardless of whether it's Coal, Oil, Gas, Wind, Solar, Nuclear etc. I'd like to create a Private Global Energy Reserve, similar to The Federal Reserve, however The New World Currency would be Kilowatt hours to Currency. I want to shift the focus away from Energy products, and focus on the electricity generation- which converts to currency. The marvel is that you cannot speculate or inflate the value of a generated electricity kilowatt. It is the purest form of currency because it is backed by a tangible source that seeds all economies, and that is Power. The masses care only about The Electricity generated, not whether it is Green or Coal, most the time, no one really knows- They just want the result.
