Where can I buy honey in Portland?
Are there any markets/ shops/ etc where there is a good variety of honeys sold in the Portland (Specifically Willamette Valley) area?

Each of the New Seasons markets carries many choices, most of which are local.
The Portland Farmers Market on Saturdays at PSU has several honey vendors, all of which are local, though I think one of them comes from east of the Cascades. As the other regional farmers markets get going, the better ones will have several honey farmers present.
Besides markets and shops, you might be surprised at how easy it is to drive to a farm and buy directly from the farmer. There are about 20 on the map link below—note that many of the 400+ listings are for honey farm suppliers, but the first and second pages (of matches) have most of them.
