Islam: can girls wear lip stains?

Neither lipstick nor lip stain, or makeup for that matter is haraam. In moderation. Reasonable amounts of makeup to make yourself look presentable and to make your face look nice is fine.

Neither lipstick nor lip stains are Haram but we must always remember; everything in moderation :)

Lipstick, lip stains, lip gloss aren't haraam. But if you're wearing all that to seduce a man or get his attention then yes they're haraam. If, however, you're wearing it for your husband or at a wedding and such with no intention of seeking attention from other men then go ahead! :)

That's the goal of Islam to women. But men are allowed to have as many as wives they want.
