What do I need to do to become a "Top Contributor" on yahoo answers.?

I have been on yahoo answers almost everyday for the last 2 years. I have only had a couple of VN's and for stupid reasons. I'm courteous and honest, respectful and caring. And yet I still am outvoted by someone that answers "Yeah Baby".  I want more than anything to have that Top Contributor sign under my name. II don't want to give up and just quit. I just want to know how someone who has only had their account a week and only answered about 10 questions, qualifies for this honor. What am I doing wrong?

To be a Top Contributor you need to keep 3 things in mind.

1.)Select a ‘PARTICULAR’ category (Stick on to only one or two)

2.)Earn ‘LOT’ of Best Answers...

3.)Remain ‘ACTIVE’ in that category which you have chosen....

»Getting a TC badge is Yahoo's secret.You can become a Top Contributor in 3 categories. Not many users know what the exact thing is to become a TC. (I think I know pretty much but not closely enough)

▪First thing you should do is select a "SINGLE Category" which you feel you can answer Maximum number of questions.
For example: If you feel you can answer in Yahoo Answer, Comics and Animation, Mathematics and so on.

▪Second thing you should do is that you have to earn a Lot of Best Answers in that specific category. Always try to be SIMPLE but at times explain a little bit in detail. If you answer 60 questions and get 10 Best Answers then you're likely to become a TC in that week. 
Also remember that you should NOT answer any question which you think there is a less possibliity of you getting a Best Answer in that specific question.

▪Third thing is becoming a Top Contributor does not depend upon on your level or the number of points you have at the moment. It only depends upon your contribution and active participation... You don't have to answer 100 of questions in a particular category.. Answer at least 40-50 questions per week. Which is 8-10 per day.Start with 5-6 and you can go to answer 20 questions soon....

»You have to earn a minimum of 200 points per week to retain that badge.

■IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW...

»You can get up to 3 badges for the TC..

»The badge is awarded ONLY on Monday Mornings and if the above 
conditions are met then you'll have that Orange bar below your account..

»The badge is TEMPORARY and will disappear soon if you don't answer 
or get Best answers. It takes at least 2-3 weeks to become a TC depending on your ACTIVITY and the Best Answers you get in a week...

»Your Best Answer percentage should at least be 12% or more.

»You cannot become a Top Contributor in Polls & Surveys and Jokes & Riddles..
