When is the perfect time to ask a girl out?

I want to ask this girl out, but I don't know when. We're in grade 10. and if you could tell me where as well that would be awesome ;)

    Next time you see he say hey Sandra,for example, do you wanna go to the movies?

    Or ask her if she wants to go out with you.

    Strip everything back to the basics and don't pretend to be someone your not

    Try when she's alone and in a good mood. Make sure you know her well. It all ways works out better.

    Get to know her and wherever the time feels right, ask her, it doesnt matter where, as long as you feel its alright to ask
