Which phone would you recommend me to get? (Verizon)?

Do you think I should keep my Palm Pixi Plus phone or purchase the Blackberry Curve 9330? The features I am looking for in a phone are: Qwerty keyboard, be able to set a password on my phone, easy text messaging, be able to have conference calls (talking to more then one person on a call), email, (facebook and twitter etc..), calendar, wifi (the web), good camera quality, be able to download and listen to music, keep memos and tasks, google maps, be able to download apps from the app store, be able to download ringtones, youtube, calculator, be able to view and edit documents and be able to view pdfs

(Please give me a reason why I should get the phone.. I'm not that great with them..)

By the way, I have VERIZON

-Thank You!!(:

Update:

I honestly don't want any other phone. I'm just focusing on whether to keep my Palm Pixi Plus or purchase the Blackberry Curve 9330!

If the curve is a newer phone you should probably get it because it'll have newer updated features and software. But if your comfortable with the phone you have now, why change?
