What's the cheapest tablet pc now?

hi all, looking for the new and cheap android tablet pc. althought it's price pretty low, the quality is confirmed. Anyone get some information or had one? just tell me, Thanks!

    I have a flytouch 4 Epad(flytouch 3 8GB HDD), I have purchased some time ，is still running well ！It runs more stable than the original flytouch 3 ！I usually use it to play games,reply to e-mail read e-books etc...
