Rate my Pokemon team?

This is my Gen IV team that I have tested on PO with some success, and am currently in the process of building for real. I've been tweeking it recently, replacing Breloom and Bronzong with Jirachi and Tangrowth Any recommendations would be great.

Blastoise (M) @ Lum Berry

Trait: Torrent

EVs: 144 HP / 252 SAtk / 112 Spd

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

- Aqua Jet

- Ice Beam

- Hydro Pump

- Rapid Spin

An awesome, underated anti-lead. 2HKO's Machamp with Hydro Pump (Lum cures confusion from Dynamic Punch and H Pump never misses thanks to Champ's No Guard). It also 2HKO's Swampert and bulky Azelf leads, as well as Sash Azelf, Sash Infernape and Sash Aerodactyl. It also deals with Gliscor leads, but fails to deal with stuff like Empoleon, and draws in Suicune, Starmie, Vaporeon and Rotom-W switch ins. Nevertheless, it can make a great late game Breloom counter if the Lum is still in tact (switching in on spore, then outspeeding and OHKOing with Ice Beam)

Tangrowth (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Chlorophyll

EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 SAtk

Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)

- Leaf Storm

- Earthquake

- Hidden Power [Ice]

- Sleep Powder

A respectable physical wall. It can cause switchs on physical attackers, and put the switch in to sleep. Its also another Pokemon that people in standard don't expect to see.

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Serene Grace

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Iron Head

- Trick

- Ice Punch

- Fire Punch

A great physical sweeper. Iron Head Flinch Hax is beyond annoying and Trick is there to ruin Pokemon like Blissey or Bronzong.

Gengar (M) @ Focus Sash

Trait: Levitate

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Destiny Bond

- Shadow Ball

- Thunderbolt

- Focus Blast

Gengar is an awesome special sweeper with great coverage. Destiny Bond isn't that commonly seen on Gengars, but once my sash activates, any skilled trainer will know instantly what I'm up to.

Heatran (M) @ Life Orb

Trait: Flash Fire

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)

- Hidden Power [Electric]

- Earth Power

- Fire Blast

- Explosion

You may be wondering why HP electric over HP Grass? Well, it always catches out Gyarados. They switch in, expecting me to be helpless against it. They antcipate the switch out and use Dragon Dance, and then I OHKO with HP Electric. Downside- I am helpless against Swampert.

Flygon (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Levitate

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Outrage

- Stone Edge

- Earthquake

- U-turn

I'm considering replacing Flygon. Its a great physical attacker and scout, and has served me well since Chomp and Mence were banned, but I'm not too sure about having two choiced Pokemon on the same team...
