Because im going to join the Army and i will have a rough training, and i have some stuff that i need to carry on, even with training and mostly when im in Duty in Iraq or in some rivers any kinds of watery area...
Can someone find the best of best product? I prefer that is something not only resist from water sweat or spills but heavy water.

You could use a pelican box or otter box but they get a bit bulky and I'm going to guess that space will be at a premium in your pack. Why not simply use a Ziploc freezer bag? If you want to carry it close to your body rather than in your pack you could use a passport holder or something similar but still use the Ziploc for waterproofing. That's what I use when I go backpacking for months at a time.
