If you get slack with answering questions in the category that you received the badge in, then yes, Yahoo will take it away. The TC badges are given out on Monday and they are taken away on Monday as well. If you want to get your TC badge back then you just have to get back on a role and answer a lot of question and hope you get best answer. You did it once, you can do it again...

If you don't keep answering and getting more points, you will be downgrade to regular answer, that is fine, just be yourself.
