I'm not fat but I'd like to be skinnier..:(?

I used to eat all the time like constantly when I was like 14/15 and not get fat..

But now I seem to be getting fatter and gaining weight...I'm 16...5' 1"....and 115 pounds..

I want to go back to being at most 110...:(...or less...

What can I do to lose weight...I know I can eat healthy food...any ideas..

And exercise but I don't know how and where...not the gym..

Update:

Update 2:

Gaining weight is part of growing up. You can't expect to be what you were when you were 14 or 15...you have increased muscle and bone growth as you age.

Your weight is great for your height. Embrace your body and don't get caught up on a number--you are not define by it.
