Any memory tips for a test essay?

I have a biology essay I need to memorize as part of a test question, its on the path of air through the body and blood and hemoglobin and CO2.. but ANYWAY! I dont know how the heck I am supposed to remember a whole enitre essay! Its a page printed.

Any good memory tips to help?

    According to modern memory analysis, the best advice I can give you concerning a test question is, understand the content as best as you can. Go through the essay and determine the main points, and get your friends to quiz you on them. Understand them and how they work. It's your best shot for remembering the content.
