Fibromyalgia isn't an autoimmune disease, there is thought that it is linked with the immune system, but it's not an autoimmune.

I have at least one autoimmune diesease- Celiac Disease and possibly a connective tissue disease, but I'm waiting to see a rheumatologist.

Celiac Disease requires a gluten free diet, no medication.

It depends which autoimmune disease you have as to what medication or treatment you're given.

This requires a multi faceted approach which should include:

    Neurological(brain) function

    Intestinal health

    Genetic testing

    Hormone testing

    Food sensitivity testing

Immune System balance (Th1 vs Th2)

When all of these systems are properly evaluated and taken in context, the condition can resolve.
