Does anyone know of any free photoshop tutorial sites?

The easiest way to learn Photoshop is to start a project then just search for what you want to do - like

Photoshop remove background

or if you want to learn how to use a particular tool then

Photoshop magnetic lasso

I'd stay away from video tutorials. Half are like watching paint dry as people hunt around for the tools they are trying to use and the other half are just rubbish.

Youtube has a lot of tutorials that you can type in the search bar and it'll be found. Sure you'd have to go through the videos to see which one does better tutorials and such but it'll expose you to different techniques.

WonderHowTo and StumbleUpon - have 'mountains' of video tutorials between them.
