Corrupt Operating System?
My Vista OS is corrupt and some of my programmes contain viruses in my laptop. I can't do anything on it without opening it with safe mode and when i try to open it normal it just shows black screen. I have tried many option to format it but i doesn't format. Will changing hard drive be a solution?

You can not format the drive if it is in use.
you need to get hold of an operating system install disc.

I had this problem. I had the virus in this program called avast! free security. reinstalling the operating system will work. Or, open it normally and press Ctrl+Alt+Delete so Task Manager comes up, press new task, browse..., find the application you want to use and open it. I used this method for two weeks before I reinstalled the OS.
