Poems about getting through tough times?
Tomorrow is poem in a pocket day at school. Normally I would choose something cute, or fun, or just unique in general. However, this past week my best friend went into the hospital on suicide watch and is still there. It's really hard for not just me but everyone in my grade who knows her so I thought I would do one about getting through hard times. If anyone knows any poems like that I would be really grateful!

There she stands
Knife in hand
Ready to end it
Ready to stop
Knowing that no one cares
She says one last prayer
Clenches the knife
Ready to end this mistake
That’s her life
She closes her eyes
Begins to count to three
But there’s a knock at the door
“Go away” she cries
But the knock persists
“Sissy, sissy please come out,
I want to go catch butterflies.”
