NOD32 asks me to update my virus signature... but?

but when I click on the update, it says it is not necessary because it is already updated

still the icon on my toolbar stays red

what's up?

I;m using windows xp

    not sure how you have your pc set up

    use eset / support

    am sure you registired your app and logged in with a password use that . tell them your problem ( i use gdata and they have my phone # )--they call me in less than 20 minutes
