ok, feel wrong for asking but i feel i need a second opinion?

She definitely could have a crush on you, or she could be a natural flirt. Do you notice if she acts this way with many other guys? Do you want to be with a woman who has a boyfriend but doesn't see a problem with being flirtatious with other men? Most likely, if she does that with one boyfriend, she'd do that with you too if you started dating her.

sounds like she is flirting with you, a lot, bf or not bf. but as a manager you should know that having any kind of a relationship with her puts your job in jeopardy. workplace romances seldom work out, someone gets dumped or hurt and it affects the job. workplace romances between bosses and employees never seem to work out. be happy she likes you, but quit flirting back. you may end up the loser in this one.

She TOTALLY likes you lol. Unfortunately work relationships are certainly a bad idea. Even more so with her being in a relationship. But, If you feel she is someone who would really be worth it in the end, I say, follow your gut and go get her!

If the feeling is mutual, the next step it to tell her that you don't want to be shared with anyone else. She needs to brake off the relationship with her current boyfriend in order to be with you.

you are her manager this means you cant get into relationships with people you work with, it causes trouble and i have seen it back fire, what happens if you guys break up? things can get nasty and you don't want our job being on the line and important as well she has a boyfriend so out of bounds.

id say go after her... like ask her crap like how was her day and how has she ben.. talk about the weather.. ask bout weekend plans.. if she says she dnt have any ask her to dinner or sumthing.. when she pokes u poke her back. when she hugs u try and sneak a kiss in.. it might work

I would keep doing what you are doing, keeping coy and not pursuing anything. When and if she and her boyfriend break up, then you could try.

well she is flirting, but then again it could be mixed signal. no matter if she likes you or not do not date her until she is single. if you want to know just confront her, but do not start a affair.
