How can I remove a wide blue strip from the bottom of my screen?

I was playing a game on Pogo, and accidentally dragged the bar up. Now it will only let me see about 2/3's of my page. Thank you for any help you can give me.

    click and hold the edge, and drag it back down.

    If you're referring to the task bar on the bottom of your screen, just right click it and and unlock it. When thats done, you can drag it around the screen on even hide it.
