I really love Fantasy as well~

And it's so cool you've read Harry Potter and the Hunger Games, two of my FAVORITE series! <3

There's also the Mortal Instruments Series by Kassandra Claire, and Clockwork Angel also by Kassandra Claire. Clockwork Angel is set in Victorian London, and the storyline has stuff about people making these automatons and there are demons and other supernatural things in it.

I also greatly enjoyed the Percy Jackson series: lots of fantasy and comedy!

So that included The Lost Hero, first book of heroes of Olympus series.

Also, the chronicles of Faerie are good books. The best part is that you can read them in any order and understand completely, because it's basically different characters of different times.

I hope you enjoy these books as much as I did <3

know you said no vampire books...but I think Twilight is great! It's a good book and it's in a humans point of view, not a vampires! It's also a movie. There's: Twilight; New Moon; Eclipse; and Breaking Dawn... Though Breaking Dawn is not out in the cinema's yet...

If not Twilight, then how about some Jaqueline Wilson books? They're awesome!!! And really funny. Hope I helped(:

You should try A Series of Unfortunate Events. It's not a book but a series of books containing 13 books in all, but its very good. Also try Gregor The Overlander. Again, another series that has 5 books. Another series is Artemis Fowl that has 7 books so far, but there is going to be one last one. Finally not a series, is the Supernaturalist and Airman. All good books.

I don't know if you will like what I read but here is a few I have read within this year and last Autumn season.

Fiction: The Unlikely Spy by Daniel Silvia. It is set during World War II. It starts at the beginning of the war. It is about a spy and how good this person is at it. I don't want to give too much of the story away. I like a good story with a woman as the central character. It involves other characters as well in sub-plots so it not just about her.

    Non-fiction:

World War 1. By S.L.A. Marshall. He is an military historian. It of course about World War 1 and how it all began and beyond. It was good reading but it does involve alot of military in it. I enjoyed it because the writer wrote in some depth about the leaders in the military and how they lead their men. You learn the geography of Europe and and the history.

Biography: Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln. By Doris Kearns Goodwin. Exellent book! I love reading all of it. She does not only write about Lincoln but other men in his administration.

Fiction: John Jakes books have been good to read. All of his stories are during the Civil War beginning and the duration of the war. I have read a few and I really enjoyed it.

Fiction: The Secret Life of Bees. The author's name ecapes me at the moment. It was very good! It is set during I think the last fifties and early sixties. I am sorry I can't think of the writer's name. I am sure you can find it on Amazon.com.

I don't care for the romances novels to be honest. The vampires ones don't really interest me.

These are just a few I have read in the past. You might like them or you might not. They are about things that happened in our past history you might like. It all depends on what your interests are. This just is the types of books I like to read.
