Why don't cunsumers understand poilcly. ?
It's like you need legal representation running a bussiness. Its like the cunsumer doesn't want to understand what no is. Of course satifaction is a must. It shouldn't be that hard to encourage policy. Sometimes as an executive you choose to avoid bad service. Why not encourage staff to also do the same?

The customer is always right.

Keeping the customer happy keeps you in business, unless you are a gas station or electric utility then you can screw the consumer however much you want.
