Pokemon- How is this Mienfoo?

I'm breeding a Mienshao to use in the VGCs- what do you think?:

HP: 18

Atk: 31

Def: 22

SpAtk: 10

SpDef: 14

Spe: 30

Rebreed or not?

Update:

Well, it obviously can't have higher attack, due to 31 being the highest IV you can get. 30 Speed is alright, but it will be outsped by other Mienshaos in the VGC with a 31 Speed IV, so thats a concern. The defences are also a little thin.

    I would rebreed. It could have a higher attack and hp. You could always keep this one and breed a couple others and just see which one is better. I always breed up to 3 eggs and see which one is better before I make my decision.
