Had a dream about breaking up, but she wasn't herself, what does it mean?

Ok so, strong relationship going here with her for about a month now. Like really strong, we have so much passion for each other. Last night I had this dream that I broke up with her. Basically what happened is that she went back to her ex (which makes no sense because he was douche bag and cheated on her and is long distance). During the process her whole entire personality just flipped and she turned into a *****. She never told me why she broke up with me and when I called her she just kept on saying like "sweetie," "baby," and "honey" as I was yelling into the phone asking why she was leaving me and she just kept on saying those words and then just hung up on me. Then I woke up.....

So...in any case. WTF!?!?!

I have the feeling this dream may have been triggered by a discussion I had last night with two of my friends that just broke up. Could've that done the trick? Am I just worried about losing her? Do I care for her a lot? I rarely have dreams. There's a chance I will be leaving next year, but she is aware of this and knew about it before we became a couple, so that's not a problem for her or me.
