How do I get a girl that's out of my league to fall for me?

I'm 19 and work at a large restaurant so there are many attractive girls. there is one that is 21 and will be a senior in college next year. She's gorgeous and i've talked to her some and have her number. She seems somewhat interested but I was just wondering what i can do to ensure that I get her to like me. Give me some game lol
