Reloading window problem?

Firstly I'm sorry for my poor English. I've asked the technician to format my laptop and reload it with recovery disk. She said to me she can't because the product key of my operating system was no longer visible in the sticker that is pasted in my laptop. Now my computer work only with safe mode I don't know what to do. Please help me. Thanks in advance

    Google for Product Keys and keep trying them till you find one that works.
