I have wordpad and i want the new version but i cant find it. anyone know where i can find it?

Your Wordpad is not outdated; it fits your operating system. The difference between yours and the newest version is yours has a comprehensible menu.

Wordpad can only be upgraded by upgrading Windows.
Wordpad is a minimal word processor, virtually any other word processor program out there is better.
I personally prefer LibreOffice, which also include a spreadsheet and presentation software.

why not try open office which is not only a free open source software but also has many other useful associated programmes included within the download.
