You Only Move Twice (Season 8)
Sidshow Bob Roberts (Season 6)
The Springfield Files (Season 8)
You heard worng, even though the shows has not been as good as it used to be. The first few seasons didnt have all the best episodes. Seasons 6-10 have some of the best stuff, but so does Seasons 3-5. So many to choose from.

Wow! That's hard because there are so many classic ones but here goes (I consider these to be must see episodes they aren't necessarily my top favorite ones but I do enjoy watching them)
El Viaje Misterioso de Nuestro Jomer (The Mysterious Voyage of Homer) (Season 8, ep 9)
This one is a classic because of the Merciless Peppers of Quetzlzacatanango and Homer's psychedelic journey after eating several of them.
Hurricane Neddy (Season 8 ep 8)
This one has the always upbeat Ned Flanders losing his sanity after his house is ruined by a hurricane, rebuilt by Homer and his friends and then collapsed very soon afterward.
Home Sweet Homediddly-Dum-Doodily (Season 7, ep 3)
Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are forced to move in with the Flanders when Homer and Marge are declared negligent parents.
I know you only wanted me to provide three but
Homer the Great, Whacking Day and Who Shot Mr. Burns Part 1 and 2 are also classics

The Principal and the Pauper- Season 9. Most hated episode ever... but it's one of my top favs. It makes you ask yourself, what if someone beloved you knew... was actually an imposter? Would you treat them differently? Would you judge them?
Hurricane Neddy- Season 8. I love this ep because it ads dimension to Ned. Gives him more of a heart and shows a more realistic side to him.
Homer's Emeny- Season 8. This is one of my all time favs. It really shows Homer's incompitence when put next to a realistic person.
